How do refunds work?

You can issue refunds at no additional charge. The processing fees for the original transaction are not refunded.

How do disputes work?

Disputes (also known as chargebacks) arise when a customer questions a charge with their bank and requests a refund. A fee of USD 15 is charged for each dispute received. If you decide to dispute the claim and submit evidence, an additional fee of USD 15 is charged for handling the case. This second fee is refunded if the dispute is resolved in your favor.
