Minimum monthly fee of USD 500 applicable to cross-border or international collection scenarios (e.g., company and customers in different countries or settlement in a currency other than the local currency). It is deducted from the balance at the end of the month.

We use the current and transparent exchange rate at the time of each transaction. This way we convert the local currency of each country in which your client pays and we can make your balance available in USD.

What requirements do I need to meet to register?

At the moment we only accept registered companies and it is necessary to present documentation that validates the legal status of the entity.

How long does it take for payments to reach my bank account?

Funds are available for withdrawal to your account 15 days after the transaction, except in Brazil, where the deadline is 30 days. The crediting will depend on your bank, but generally it will be the next business day. In case you need shorter terms, do not hesitate to contact us.

How do refunds work?

You can issue refunds and each one has a commission of 2 USD.

How do claims work?

Claims (also known as chargebacks) are created when a customer disputes a charge and requests a refund. Each claim has a fee of USD 15.

Is there a cost for settlement or transfer to my bank account?

We apply a fee of only USD 10 for withdrawals less than USD 5,000 made every 30 days. For amounts from USD 5,000 and up, the service is free of charge.
