Partners with 5 or more active merchants or USD 500,000 per month in referred volume qualify for rates of 10–12% and extended terms (Elite Tier).

Do I have to handle the sales process myself?

No. Rebill handles the entire sales process and merchant onboarding. Your job is to identify and refer customers.

What happens if the merchant is already in Rebill's pipeline?

Rebill will confirm within 3 business days. If the merchant was already in the pipeline, the
referral does not apply. If they weren't, your registration takes priority.

When and how do I get paid?

Quarterly commissions, within 20 business days of the end of the quarter.
Minimum cumulative amount of USD 100; if this amount is not reached, it is carried over to the next quarter.

Is there an exclusivity clause or a minimum number of referrals?

No. There is no requirement for exclusivity or a minimum number of clients to join the program.

What types of companies are eligible?

Minimum revenue of $15,000 per month; must be able to process payments in Latin America: SaaS, EdTech, insurance, travel, membership services, marketplaces.

How do I know how much revenue each referred business generated?

Quarterly report including: revenue generated, applicable rate, calculated commission, and
remaining months of the period.
